Nothing is wrong — an empty queue is a clinic that has answered
everybody. Requests taken below appear here.
Take a request
Nothing is booked and no slot is held
A clinic that cannot call back has taken a note, not a request.
This orders a queue. It is not a triage category and does
not assess the patient.
Link a request to its appointment
The slot is taken in the appointment bookBook the slot on the appointment book first — that is where the session check and the double-booking guard live, and CBS must not have two places that take a slot. Then paste the appointment's identifier here to close the queue item.
Housekeeping
Run by a person, never in the backgroundClosing stale requests happens here rather than in a nightly job, so that it happens where somebody can see it happen. A queue that silently grows for a year is a queue nobody works.
